We believe that the last years of life should not be a struggle, and our goal is to help ease the struggles and improve the quality of life. This is accomplished with a combination of medications and behavioral interventions. In our program, each patient has a treatment team of medical and clinical professionals. They work together to pinpoint the nature of the program and help the patients and their families begin adjusting to the disease process of dementia. The average length of stay is 14-21 days.
Initial Assessment: A confidential assessment is performed by a Mental Health Professional at no cost to assist in determining the need for treatment.
Diagnosis: A comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s physical, mental and emotional condition forms the basis for diagnosis and treatment planning.
At this time, we are able to accept Medicare with supplemental plans; secondary Medicaid plans; PERA Retirement plans; and Innovage.
