Dr. Godar received his B.S. degree in biology at Davidson College in North Carolina. He earned his doctorate of medicine degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency program was performed at
St. Louis University Group of Hospitals & Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. Prior to starting his private practice in Morgan County, Dr. Godar was employed as a staff physician for Kaiser Permanente in Denver for eight years, where he earned Kaiser's "Top 100 doctors" Art of Medicine score in 2002. He also has extensive training in acupuncture.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Godar enjoys hiking, cross country skiing, and playing soccer with his teenage daughter, Elizabeth.

Dr. Faulkner grew up in Colorado and attended college in Sterling and Greeley. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. His residency and internship were performed at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Prior to opening his private practice in Fort Morgan, including a sleep lab, Dr. Faulkner served as a general internist for the United States Airforce and was chief of the Internal Medicine Department for a year at MacDill Airforce Base in Florida. He currently serves as Colorado Plains Medical Center's Chief of Staff.
As a board certified internist with an extensive background in critical care medicine, Dr. Ismail can treat adult patients for a variety of medical conditions involving different systems of the body. In addition, he specializes in complications and conditions of the respiratory system, including:
Dr. Ismail earned his medical degree from the University of Alexandria, School of Medicine, in Egypt. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Hospital at Northwestern University in Chicago. He recently completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the New York University Medical Center in New York.
Dr. Ismail recently married Hajar Delshad, a physician assistant, who also works with intensive care patients. They enjoy traveling, skiing, and working out at the gym when not caring for patients.
