Dr. LeBlanc's hometown is Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Dr. LeBlanc received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. His residency and internship were performed at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, Louisiana.   He resides in Fort Morgan with his wife, who is from Aurora, CO, and his two children.
