Dr. Gamache received her undergraduate degree from Carleton College in Minnesota. Her Doctor of Medicine was earned from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Her internal medicine internship and residency were both performed at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque. Her fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism was obtained at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine as well.

Currently, Dr. Gamache practices full-time in Denver at Denver Endocrinology, an Affiliate of HealthONE. She is a popular medical lecturer, and has presented information on recent advancements in the endocrinology field. She is also fluent in Spanish.
