Staff Pharmacist

DUTIES: Assists the Pharmacy Director in planning, organizing, and directing the provision of pharmacy services for inpatients of the hospital. Interprets medication orders, compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with the legal, ethical, and professional standards of pharmacy practice. Supervises the technical support staff and assists with clinical, quality management, and education programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American College of Pharmaceutical Education; 1 year previous experience in a hospital pharmacy preferred; Current Colorado Pharmacist license required

Director - Rehab Services

DUTIES: Full-time salaried exempt position.  Bachelor of Science, Doctorate, or similar Masters degree in Rehabilitation applications; Masters in Health Care Administration preferred.  Prefer some degree of pediatric experience.  A desire to manage many service lines within Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy is a must.  The Director is responsible for daily operations, budgeting, capital, education, and staffing of PT/OT/SLP.  Previous Rehabilitation Director experience is strongly desired.  The department has 11 FTE’s and is expanding; current staff mix is as follows:  3 PTs, 5 PTAs, 2 OTs, and 2 SLPs.  Strong Outpatient skills are necessary and McKenzie Training is preferred.  Each candidate must be a working Director and be capable of covering certain service lines consistently.  Adherence to departmental Total Quality Improvement Initiatives and Evidence Based Practices is expected.

Occupational Therapist

DUTIES: Full-time position; requires at least 3 years of experience, a strong base knowledge of orthopaedics is preferred.  Candidate will also be exposed to inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation, geropsych, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and school based therapy.  A desire to learn much of the spectrum of Occupational Therapy is expected in all candidates that apply.

Physical Therapist

DUTIES: Full-time position; we are expanding our Physical Therapy program to better serve our growing community. Services lines will be grown in outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, home health care, skilled nursing care, satellite clinic, geropsych, pediatrics, and schools.   Prefer a candidate with pediatric experience and a desire to learn other skill sets within the spectrum of Physical Therapy is expected by all candidates that apply.

Program Director - Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Prefer Master's or Doctoral degree in the behavioral sciences, social work, health administration or nursing.  Nursing degree with appropriate experience is acceptable.  Must have two years of full-time paid professional experience with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative position.

Receiving Clerk/Storeroom Specialist - Part Time

DUTIES: Receive and process incoming products and supplies; handle inventory requisitons; perform duties of distribution technician as needed, to include maintaining inventory of medical supplies in patient care areas; keep all work areas neat and orderly; exhibit dependability, acceptable attendance and punctuality; promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; commitment to professional growth and competence.
